I've never had mochi in bubble tea before but it was really interesting. We also got their valentine's day special strawberry cheesecake drink and it was good but more on the fruity side than cheesecake side

Drinks taste like 90% water and 10% whatever flavor you get. You can get way better drinks in burlingame, but not from here.

Got a peach oolong tea 0% sugar and the base tea was the worst I've ever had. It would have tasted better if I got bottled unflavored tea. Tasted like burnt tambark steeped in water

The atmosphere was great and the chairs inside provided good seating space. We got the strawberry mochi milk tea and the strawberry matcha tea. The mochi gave the boba a strange taste and texture. But The boba pearls and the lychee jelly toppings gave the milk tea a good finish. The workers there were really sweet and nice and they always wore a smile on their face! The drinks also came very fast.
The place and the customer service were awesome but it was the drinks that got me. I hoped this helps!

I ordered the Thai Milk Tea and the drink I received that was well below standard and utterly unacceptable. As I have a preference for drinks that are not overloaded with sugar, I ordered a Thai Milk Tea at half sweetness level, less ice , and boba. Upon completion of the drink, I drove all the way home and when I took my first sip the drink was completely flavorless and watered down. Despite there still being ice, there is no Thai tea flavor, milk flavor, or any other flavor. It’s almost as if I ordered water with boba or a Thai tea sparkling water that had gotten flat. There is simply not even a sweet taste despite it being half sweet. I will not be coming back to this establishment again until they fix their standards.

Very good quality drinks! I’ve tried at least four different drinks now, and absolutely loved every single one. The service is excellent. They are incredibly friendly and nice. It’s also a very clean store with a very clean bathroom. Love it. New favorite place in Burlingame/Millbrae.

The boba brown sugar with cheese foam was pretty good. I was quite thirsty so I downed it pretty fast, but the flavor was pretty good, though I think I was expecting more nuance of flavour in the brown sugar syrup. The cheese foam topping did have that nice nuance though. The default amount of boba isn't all that much be advised to order extra boba if you really like boba. The ordering is done through a tablet which allows you to see the pictures of the drinks if you need that in order to decide. I think you can probably also order from a person. The interior was nice and minimalist with a fair amount of small tables and one large table tucked into an alcove. It looked like there were plenty of electrical outlets if you want to do work there. I do kind of find it sad that so many businesses have very little interaction with people anymore. When your order is done you will get a text that it is done. I guess that this is helpful for efficiency and that is really nice for some people. I would say that the wait was pretty long though, so I don't know if this is actually making anything more efficient. Overall I enjoyed it and recommend this business though I think if there was more of a human touch I'd love it more.

The worst part is that I ordered regular ice, and there was literally only 2 pieces of ice and the rest was lukewarm light artificial peach flavored water. Made me doubt my taste buds. The strawberry matcha in comparison was drinkable. But the matcha flavor was lacking. The actual boba balls were fine, did not wow us but was at least edible. Overall do not recommend. For the price, 0& is a much better choice and actually uses real fruit instead of powders and jam.

Self checkout menu that isn't always easy to navigate, and I thought I placed the order but it didn't process. Not their fault but had to go back in line and reorder after waiting for 10 min, oopsMatcha was decent, but didn't seem like they are focused on preparing it as some of the smaller shops do (didn't bamboo whisk for example)
