I’ve passed by this place four times in the past month during their posted business hours, it was never opened. Maybe it’s out of the business? But the Google map info/hours haven’t been updated. No posted sign at the store indicating why it’s closed (the vacation notice ended more than a month ago).Even if it’s out of business, the update should be posted somewhere so people won’t wasting their time coming here.

Bought the cakes today, but only eat 1 bite each because they are all bad. The cream is bitter and the fruit is rotten. Won’t go to this please again.

Bought a few things to try from this location— most notable so far is the strawberry croissant. It had a more of a solid texture, not buttery or soft. The cream was very light. Overall tasted like a healthy pastry. Also tried the milk cream bread. That was more on the heavier side. Didn’t like how palpable the bread generally was and it left a bit of an uncomfortable feeling or aftertaste in my throat. Will try the other items I bought and update this later.

The quality of the bread and cakes has dropped. I have ordered two cakes different times and both have tasted sour and almost to the point they taste rotten or have been in the fridge a long time. As well with the strawberry croissant the cream tastes old and sour. Bread is not soft like it used to be. Management better get their business straight

$8.50 for tiramisu (more like cake)? Definitely overpriced! Would only get it when there’s a Groupon deal…

Their pastries and coffee is quite a good combination. I really love to be here. Nice ambiance, well mannered staff and really delicious goods.

The food was alright but the drinks aren’t worth it I ordered a hot chocolate that was around 6$ just for the drink to only contain mostly hot milk and taste cheap. My friend also ordered a 7$ dollar drink from there and didn’t seem to keen on it as well.

I ordered a hot green tea latte. It tastes good and is a reasonable price.

Cool pastry shop cafe chain. Croissants are better than grocery stores, but they don't beat the local bakeries like Backhaus

A little too sneaky for me. There were two recent visits to this store. On the 2nd visit , the total cost for a pastry and coffee was $12.25. So how much is the coffee, I asked. And how much is the pastry? The gal replied, the coffee is $4.50 and the pastry is $3.80. Hmm, so why is my charge $12.25? Well, can I get a receipt ? Oh, the machine doesn't print receipts , the gal said.So then I went and looked at my card statement for the purchase of my 1st visit. I perfectly recall that the cost was $8 something. And , lol, my statement shows a purchase for $9.93.So do I think this store employee overcharges a little, and adds a tip now and then? Yes.And do I think most people verify if they were charged a few bucks more like I do? No.And do I think the franchise owner / corporate owners know this is happening? No.So, folks, do ask for a receipt after your purchase at this store. Oh, but let me guess, the machine doesn't print receipts.

Poor service, the same birthday cake is more than 10 dollars more expensive than in Seattle, and they don't provide forks and knives, go to other stores in the Bay Area!
