“Nice place for some tasty Mexican food. I ordered the quesabirria and got a street taco combo with asada and pastor tacos. The quesabirria was delicious and the au jus delivered the flavor. The asada tacos were amazing! Great flavor on the meat and very soft. The pastor tacos were a big letdown by comparison. Given how most of LA street trucks have a spit roast going on, the meat here tastes pre packaged and missing that roasted flavor as well as the signature pineapple pairing. The salsas were okay but nothing spicy was available. For a Mexican place not to have a single spicy offering is crazy work. A special mention goes to the rice they serve with the combos, it’s clearly a Honduran creation because it’s the tastiest I’ve had as part of a Mexican dish. They accept credit cards/tap payments which is very convenient and uncommon for food trucks to offer. One of the best food options available in the area hands down.”

“Picked up a tasty pineapple agua fresca and absolutely bangin al pastor burrito, as well as a good but not mind blowing birria burrito, on the way to San Diego. Agua fresca not overly sweet, al pastor had a ton of flavor, regular burrito came with onions and cilantro, salsa was picante and smoky. Will probably stop on the way back up hahaha”

“Stopped for the $6 deal here, was much better option than other places at this service area, happy to find we were not price gouged for food (as with some other places). The food was very tasty, the patties tasted better than other McDonalds I’d been to recently. Food was also prepared super quick.
Would definitely stop here again. Good for a quick bite to fill up!

They ran out of oatmilk yesterday when I went to the store but Angelica frothed for me almond, soy & coconut milk to taste n decide if we wanted to go for any. I chose half n half as none of them worked out for me..and highly appreciate her doing the hard work!
It was a long road trip and she was super friendly and patient. Very attentive!”

“Huge thanks to Elizabeth Rodrigues at this Popeyes for her honesty and kindness. When I accidentally left two bags behind, with valuables like my wallet, sunglasses, camera, etc., Elizabeth kept them safe until I returned the next day. Even though I first called after 11PM that day when Popeyes was closed, Kelly from TA was able to walk right over and check because the two are side by side in one open area. Thanks to Elizabeth’s integrity and care, I was able to get all my belongings back without a hitch. Popeyes is lucky to have such a trustworthy and dedicated team member.”
