Worst company to work to for, they make the meatballs right behind the unisex bathrooms, disgusting food, frozen sauces and nothing is from scratch. Really disgusting to see the set up right behind the restrooms were we marinade and cut & we need to squeeze in behind the prep team to get to the restrooms.Please stay away, looks good food but you need to see the behind the scene. Dishes are cleaned in dark brown water, and is just full of disgusting scenarios I witnessed.

This last experience I had was just very bad, I did reservations my table was not ready me and the family had to wait for 20 plus minutes to be seated and as we are waiting, I counted 3 different parties be seated, Mean while, we had reservations, than it gets worse, we finally get seated, Our waiter was horrible we set without refills and empty cups numerous times, I had wave him down to get him to give us refills and he would literally walk by us and not refill the cups seeing they are empty, asked for more bread never got that, asked for napkins never got that, asked for butter never got that, than when out meals finally came, my meal was not made correctly I barely hade any shrimp, chicken and broth for my gumbo the portion looked like it was a half portion of someone else plate that was already eaten. So, because my waiter was no where to be seen, I had to wave a different waiter down to express my dissatisfaction, she had a manager come to the table and I explained to him and showed him my gumbo , he said he was going to have the kitchen make me another, I waited and waited and waited, no gumbo came out 40 min go by and I told the waiter just forget about it and I was going to pay for my check (the other food) and leave because my other family member had already finished eating and I was still waiting my gumbo that NEVER came out. No one came back to check on the table and ask what the problem was it was as if they did not care, I left hungry basically. So next called to speak to a manager in a couple days about my visit the lady manager I spoke with apologized and said she will speak to the waiter and staff and offered to send me a gift card, she took my name and tried to put in my gift card request and told me she had a problem doing it, cause a message comes up to send any of my concerns to corporate, She said she sent it to corperate and they will contact me to provide my gift card and resolve my issue and she apologized that she could not resolve it for me immediately. Corporate never called, I have to this day called corporate myself and left 3 messages and also send a message on line and no one has yet to send me a gift card or contact me about my horrible experience. I do not understand why if a local store could of handled my problem why it required for my complaint to be send to corporate who has basically ignored me and not returned any calls or messages. This is very unprofessional and whoever that handles guest services is not doing there jobs they need to be very careful who they hire at these corporate jobs because a customer concerns should never be ignored and not contacted back, I hope someone high up reads this message and coach the guest services team on how to respond in timely manner to complaints and concerns. It been going on two weeks and I have yet to receive any resolution from my horrible experience.

I visited the Cheesecake Factory Montgomery Mall, Bethesda Maryland for my 60th Birthday on 2/5/2024@ 7:15p. I told my guests (22 guests) to come at 8p as the restaurant would not accept a reservation for a large party. When I arrived I was told there were already 2 birthday parties seated and it would be 2 hr wait. We asked if we could be seated in the front section-it was empty. We were told by the seating host he couldn't promise this. I asked for the manager and the manager said we would be able to review once the guests arrived. All 22 showed up and I went back to the seating host and he told me rudely he couldn't seat us together. After speaking with the manager for a second time, all 22 guests were seated in a totally empty area. I called the General Manager Mina that following Wednesday and received an apology and offered a gift card. To date-as of 2/27/24, I have not received a gift card. I am very disappointed with this Cheesecake Factory and the way I was treated on my Birthday.

Went to Cheesecake Factory in Thousand Oaks for Valentines Day dinner. Service was good and the neal was good but we ordered dessert, Specifically, Apple Crisp. We waited 20 minutes and was told multiple times that it was coming. Then the manager came and told us it was frozen but they are getting it together. At 30 minutes we were told again that it was almost ready. It showed up at 40 minutes and was stone cold and still partially frozen. We asked that it be removed from the bill which they did but the manager came over and said, "I am sorry you were not happy so I removed it from your bill". He sounded like he was doing us a favor. Who ever was on the line bringing out the dessert should have known by feel of the dish that it was still cold. That dessert should be hot. We left feeling like we missed part of our meal.

Took my daughter for birthday. We waited about 2 hours for a table and the food was absolutely disgusting. I will never go back. This was the Keystone at the crossing location in Indianapolis

My family took my Mom to the location in Indianapolis on Keystone yesterday for her 82nd birthday.We tried to make reservations because we had a large party but they refused to allow it.We waited over an hour. Once seated we waited another 20 minutes before anyone came to our table.We let our waitress know that there would be multiple checks. She finally took drink and appetizers orders.We were served water and bread then nothing for 45 minutes!We continuously had to ask for our waitress to inquire about the appetizers. Once we received the appetizers she took our dinner orders. Again we waited another 30 minutes again inquiring about our dinner orders.The orders came to our table staggered, like one or two at a time.Then there were 3 orders that were sent back because the food was dry and tasted horrible!To add insult to injury the waitress we started with left without telling the next waitress that we had separate checks, the new waitress refused to separate the checks. We had to speak with the manager several times throughout this so called birthday dinner. We were all very disappointed with the food, the service and how we were treated.They also added a 20% Gratuity to every single check, yet the service was terrible to say the least!No one in our large party will ever patronize Cheesecake Factory again ‼️

Wth!! This restaurant charges 9.90 for 2 sodas! Talk about price gouging. Never going back. 2nd party to fet seated and it took 35 minutes to get our food. Fries cold and drab. Yuck. 66 bucks for 3 people is ridiculous! List my business!!

I recently had an issue at the **************, ** location. The manager immediately addressed the situation, filling out the appropriate incident report and offering the information necessary for me to seek further assistance. That same day, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated staff reached out to me from **********, acknowledging the incident and offering help. ***********************, from the ************************* was very prompt, communicative and kind and managed my claim efficiently and professionally. I was treated with consideration and respect and the company did right by me, taking the appropriate measures to correct the situation at the restaurant location and reimbursing me for any expenses I had incurred due to the incident. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will continue to dine at The Cheesecake Factory, knowing full well that they take responsibility for any inconvenience they may cause their patrons, offering support along the way.

Cheesecake Factory in Mission Viejo has the worst service and is known for incompetence. Servers will take your order without writing anything down, then bring you the wrong food. Most employees (servers and hostesses) don’t know happy hour hours, including one of the managers. I had to speak to 5 employees after being told 4 different answers all with attitude. If you order a salad dressing to go, it will take 20 minutes for them to go to the back and pour it even if you call ahead. I made a reservation, checked in 10 minutes before my reservation and still got seated 20 minutes after my reservation because the hostess claimed she didn’t see me even though I was standing right beside her the whole time. Incompetent staff. This location will hire anyone with a pulse.

Cheesecake Factory in Anaheim California.Ordered Keylime cheesecake through DoorDash and received Keylime pie. They advertise it as Keylime pie in a cheesecake. And then the manager of the store hangs up on me and tells me that they don’t serve Keylime pie. But obviously it was Keylime pie and not Keylime cheesecake.Over 20 years ago they had one of the best Keylime cheesecakes I’ve ever tasted, it was light green, and it had a dark chocolate cookie crust. And it was incredible. Obviously, their standards are incredibly low today. As well as their service.I spent over $100 last night and this is how they treat their customers.

We visited the Riverside Cheesecake Factory a few days ago. My wife ordered a glass of wine and it was the smallest pour we have ever seen. Then I ordered lettuce and tomato for my burger. When I received the bill they charged me an extra $2.45 for the tomato. Manager told me they measure their pours. Poor excuse because we saw other glasses being served. Then she says yes that’s what we charge for the tomato. Well since this visit I wrote an email to their corporate guest service and have left my phone number on their recording. Still waiting for a response.

Mission Viejo CA Cheesecake Factory restaurant gets a rating below one star.The orders of lettuce wraps & Dynamite Shrimp were a joke!!No meat, no shrimp just fried particles on the plate. The waiter issued a check that was for twice the amount of our order....Just thinking we would pay it, without question.Mission Viejo CHSK restaurant has now failed three of our visits. This restaurant is banned.No more, they have 3 strikes.They are out.A restaurant that issues a bill of over $50.00 without any stabstantial food on the plate(s) is Not credible.No alcohol drinks were ordered.Paying for good food is warranted.Paying high prices for virtually nothing on the plate is a scam business.

After wait 45 minutes to be seated, our party of four (all 65= years old) was escorted outdoors on 47 degree night. When we asked to be seated indoors we were told to we could resubmit out names on the wait list and wait another 45 minutes, or they could "lower" the space heaters over our heads. The food took over an hour to come and it was cold. NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely horrible experience. Waited over 1.5 hours when I had a reservation and the staff was absolutely horrible! At 7pm on a Sunday evening there is no reason for this. There were staff standing around every where. Laughing, playing on their phones, and giving nothing but attitude when you asked a question. The manager Joe told me they were short staffed, I’m sorry for you, but that isn’t my problem. This is a restaurant and guests should not feel the effects of your short handedness or the negative effects of it. The Cheesecake Factory just lost a long time customer

I have bought a whole Cheesecake Factory Carrot Cake for Christmas 10 years now. This year, the cake was nothing but nuts. There really wasn't any cake to speak of. Truly disappointing. Won't be getting it from you any more.
