I have been fan of your restaurant and concept since 1985 and my favorite was Baltimore location, which has been closed this year. Whole concept and size of the restaurant was just amazing and more amazing was the quality and service of Food. Unfortunately post covid I have been noticing study decline. The worst dining experience that I’ve ever had from a service point of view.
-16 minute drinks and forgot tropical tea and a Diet Coke (brought out a Dr Pepper instead). Brought the tea out 10 minutes later after being reminded.
-took dinner order. This is our first time visiting a Cheesecake Factory. I think server should tell guests there is an $10 up charge for a salad. Or use “add” a salad vs which kind of salad would you like? Balsamic or Caesar?

My wife and I are big fans of Cheesecake’s Flower Child restaurant. Great plant based options, plus they are keenly aware of food allergies. With the wait staff and cook staff within easy eyesight, I can see and hear them communicate my severe sesame allergy. This is our new favorite restaurant in Oklahoma City, and unusual as we normally avoid restaurant chains.

The Cheesecake Factory Corporate Support Center has a customer loyalty awards program that is very tight. Awards like $10 off $50 or a free slice often expire or aren’t available. The goal of the company seems to avoid honoring awards. The chain might benefit from more Grand Lux Cafe locations, as Grand Lux Cafe delivers on quality, service, and atmosphere. Ordinary Cheesecake Factory locations prepare everything in-house. The cheesecake is the best in Tx, but contacting them gives a big run around with no customer service. Disappointing.
