The chain as a whole might benefit from installing more locations of their Grand Lux Cafe brand. Grand Lux Cafe consistently delivers on quality, service, and atmosphere. To the credit of ordinary Cheesecake Factory locations, they still prepare everything in-house, which is more than some chains can say about themselves.
Went to Cheesecake Factory in Thousand Oaks for Valentines Day dinner. Service was good and the neal was good but we ordered dessert, Specifically, Apple Crisp. We waited 20 minutes and was told multiple times that it was coming. Then the manager came and told us it was frozen but they are getting it together.
