Arrived and noticed the staff was dresssed unprofessional , floors were dirty so was the soda area . Did not know how to upsell . Employee was overstuffing fry baskets when they were not busy, no hold times on fried food . Employee would place items in a container then toss them back and put a dirty container back in fry box slot also was touching with his fingertips
