Friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. I ordered a coffee. Barista asked if I wanted it in a cup or mug. I said mug. It was so nice to sit and relax with a mug of freshly brewed coffee! Thank you!!
Lady tried to say she put vanilla syrup in my drink when she most definitely did not. I didn't think much of it and just asked for her to add some. She then tried to say she already did. I've ordered the same drink for years and years lol. I should have asked her manager to try it. She was obviously lying. Anyway she finally put some in but not without choosing a weird hill to pass on. Lol
Nice folks and quick service. The coffee is Starbucks style. The music is absurdly loud and more appropriate for a discotheque than a place for conversation and thought. It's probably chosen by staff so they can keep their energy. It might be better to consider the customer and put on something that encourages conversation and thought. Maybe even try some soft jazz or Mozart. Please consider it.
