This place WAS great! Idk if they’re rushing or if the cooks just don’t care, Or if the timers are off on the fryer. But the last 3 times Ive gone have been really disappointing. The last 3 times I have asked for extra crispy but they have only been extra soggy.

Sorry but hopefully this is helpful more than critical. The chicken is too greasy when placed in the to go container, entirely too much salt on old fries and way too much lemon salt and chicken, I couldn’t eat it, maybe it’s how wing stop prepares food because this is not the only one I have visited that has the same problem

Tonight I ordered some food online. It was ready right when I arrived. When I arrived home some food was missing. When I called to tell them what happened , there was no apologies. Just we can give you store credit or we can make it and you can come back. So I chose to pick it up. When I picked it up, still no apologies, no offer of a free drink or anything.
