This was a meal I will never forget! (In a good way) this was an experience, not just a phenomenal meal. I think I counted 14 people in the kitchen around Chef Rogelio, he was the conductor of this brilliantly choreographed Broadway play of dishes, each of which was a masterpiece of its own. While the first 2/3rds of the evening were filled with lovely service and dishes; the back third turned to a series of rushed plates followed by zero attention from staff for 10-20 minutes at a time, even *after asking* if we could simply get a water refill.

Incredible fine dining experience. On par or better than some of the multiple Michelin star restaurants like Californios and Saison. Excellent presentation of food, immaculate taste and really friendly hosts. The walk through the kitchen adds to the experience! Truly a wonderful experience deserving of 5 stars!
