The head-tilt experience at Picobar in Calistoga was nothing short of extraordinary. Chef Gustavo Rios and his team outdid themselves. From the imaginative, fresh, and utterly delicious tacos, to thoughtful extras like a greeting cocktail, delightful amuse-bouche plates, and desserts, every detail was perfection.
