The Birria Tacos, with their tender, flavorful meat wrapped in perfectly toasted tortillas, offer a burst of traditional Mexican flavors that leave a lasting impression. The whipped guacamole is also an absolute must-try!The cocktails at Picobar are also a huge highlight. Some of our favorites were the Elephants Memory cocktail with a refreshing blend of flavors and a suble smokyness from the Mezcal, while the Green Flash cocktail delivers a zesty, invigorating kick that perfectly complements the vibrant setting.What truly sets Picobar apart is the hospitality and incredible ambiance, we could have lounged there all day and would highly reccomend that you give this place a try!

Loved this place. Perfect end to a spa day. Outdoor dining was a great vibe and the food was delicious and perfectly flavored. Margarita was the best I've had in a while! Our waiter was fun and attentive. Will definitely return.

Had an incredible cocktail here, the Tepachaste. Not sure if you can dip into the jacuzzi or giant pool as a dining guest, but if you're staying at Solage, Picobar is definitely worth trying out for a night. We were Solbar-only until our fourth visit, what were we doing. The avocado tacos with chili oil and toasted peanuts were delicious. The ahi tuna tostada was the perfect accompaniment. This place is absolutely worth a visit. Plus, everyone here is chill, conscious, and kind.

What a fun place! The outdoor atmosphere is so nice and with the heat lamps, you feel like you're actually in Mexico. The food is elevated Mexican but not at an elevated price point. The elote was truly fantastic, as were the carnita family style tacos. The dessert was also great - tres leches toast and the churros with dark chocolate sauce were the perfect finale to a great meal. Love having this option at Calistoga!

Love the avocado tacos here. The salsas are amazing here. Mezcal focused cocktail menu. Drinks were delicious. Mexican lager on draft was great too. Small ramekin side of salsa are $2 but worth it. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. Great outdoor pool bar. Open to the public for dining. Definitely recommend

This is our second time at the Picobar and once again my husband enjoyed a delicious margarita (he says one of the best in the Valley) and we both delighted in the chips and salsa tasting platter. The service is good. We will be back!

Loved everything they had to offer! Really creative and delicious cuisine. The squash blossom quesadilla was inventive for vegetarians. The sole fish tacos so yummy in soft corn sheep with a tangy remoulade sauce mixed with the purple cabbage inside. Yum. Lightly breaded only, and I appreciated that!

We were very disappointed with our experience at Pico Bar. We are huge fans of Auberge properties and their food and this one totally missed the mark. The service was absolutely horrible and we were treated with curtness and disrespect. Not what one would expect from a resort restaurant of this caliber.
