From the imaginative, fresh, and utterly delicious tacos, to thoughtful extras like a greeting cocktail, delightful amuse-bouche plates, and desserts, every detail was perfection. The use of fresh ingredients, like squid, tuna, salmon roe, duck confit, pork rib, beef ribeye, and lobster, was inspired. Truly, this is a level of culinary artistry deserving of at least one Michelin star. Thank you chef Rios, Ruby, Pao, Marco, Lilly, and the rest of the staff.
