A true 5 star experience! Rooms are very comfortable, location is perfect, and the staff are wonderful! Only suggestion would be to add a place to hang clothes, and put a tv in each room. Price is affordable for the area. Don’t be afraid of the shared bathrooms. Toilets and showers are completely private and there is a sink in each room. Highly recommended. Listing says breakfast is free. That is incorrect. However, they do offer free coffee and scones in the lobby. Check out...

Ate at the restaurant many times over the years. Like the patio setting and had a few meals inside when visiting Calistoga in stormy winters. Stayed in the hotel once years ago and had a good experience. Having bathrooms in the corridor was very charming, living a traveling experience as we were back in the 19th century when the hotel was built.
