Davis was a good stop on our wine weekend in Napa. The winery was beautiful and the cave tour was fun to see. Our guide felt a bit rushed and fast-paced, so that was the only negative aspect. We know we are on a timed tasting, but it was very fast-paced compared to many other guided tastings.
We had a great large group tour and tasting with Shannon! We really enjoyed the food pairing aspect of our tasting, Shannon’s tour with the attention to detail of the little surprise moments, and of course the wine was great. Definitely check it out if you’re planning a Calistoga trip.
Shannon at Davis Estates was a wonderful host, she guided us through our flight of wines and explained the food pairings. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed a beautiful time there.
