Lovina is one of our favorite spots and our go-to for holiday dining. It never disappoints. The staff is always warm and welcoming, even when the restaurant is busy, which makes the experience feel extra special. The food is fantastic, and we love that they offer seasonal holiday menus while still allowing guests to order from the regular menu. A great combination of excellent service, delicious food, and a consistently great atmosphere. It also says a lot when the owner of the restaurant is there, working alongside her team, moving heaters, replacing propane tanks etc. Will always be one of our favorite spots in Calistoga.

This is my favorite restaurant in Calistoga! The food is fabulous, service and ambience are always welcoming and warm. I am gluten free and love that the menu (and deserts) has some excellent gf options that are to die for! I also live their craft cocktails! Can't wait until next time.

A plethora of excellent gf options were delicious! The pinsa flatbread with hummus was really good.

The short ribs were pricey but worth every bite. Our server Ingrid was lovely. It took a bit long to get our good but it was a full house. Ingrid was the only server. It was wine Wednesday. Bottles were half off. They do no except tip. The meal is all inclusive. Great Experience.

Also, after living in Calistoga for a year, this is one of the few places I want to revisit again and again. Have yet to be disappointed by a dish and the ambience is cozy.

Service is nice and friendly. Zero ambiance indoors. 70s music in the background. Outdoor seating has plastic covers as canopies. Kale salad with duck confit — TONS OF SALT. I enjoy salty food but this is outrageous salty. The saltiest dish I have ever had in my life. Duck itself, texture is okay but the saltiness is so prominent that you couldn't taste any other flavor. Halibut is not very fresh, texture is on the rubbery side. With gnocchi beneath the halibut, it tasted like it's been made a while ago and being reheated. Wine is great. Will not go back.
