What a great place to stop in Calistoga. You can actually get a nice glass of wine without scheduling a tasting. The outside seating is very chill. Stop here in Calistoga first and then judge the rest. The wine is very good. We had a very informative conversation with the owner. This was the only time so far we felt truly welcomed. Kudos to the owners for preserving the positive vibes that wine tasting used to be. Thanks.
I'm a little behind on this review but didn't want to miss an opportunity to celebrate a great place. My mom and I stopped by here for a tasting back in January. We lucked out because the weather was nice and we could sit outside. The owner was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy our tastings. The wine is excellent! Our favorites are Ancient Vines Zinfandel, Malbec & the Pinots. Service is always good. We enjoy our discussions with Matt. Can't forget - the wine pairing chocolates are spectacular!!!
