Great spot to eat. American cuisine, fresh food, and a nice restaurant to begin with.... We stayed at the Indian Springs Hotel but there were many other diners that were not hotel guests.
Nice restaurant and good bite to eat. The Octopus had a great char and delicate taste. The burger was amazing, was the right amount on patty and was cooked perfectly. Also had a few good cocktails, i had an old Fashioned that was made with Mezcal , it was a different take on the classic drink but was still good. Will definitely be back.
Several people recommended Sam's to me but I was more impressed than I expected. Everything is was light, perfectly seasoned and delicious. You could actually taste all the fresh ingredients. One of the few spots I'd go back to again and again.
