Poor experience - ordered the oatmeal and it came in a large cup very hard to eat out of and no chia or flax as mentioned on the menu. Also got a waffle that was served with cold maple syrup we had to go back and ask for. Ordered mochas with light syrup and they were over sweetened. The staff was distracted by watching a football game in the hallway versus paying attention to what they were serving, and they seemed to all be confused about where to find things for our order. Disappointed we wasted money here and wouldn’t come back.

I had a fantastic experience at Soul Rebel Coffee in Calistoga, California. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect place to enjoy your coffee and unwind. I also appreciated the charming grapes hanging in front, which added to the overall ambiance. We waited for 30 minutes after placing our order for food and when we went to check on it, they hadn’t even started on it even though we were the only people waiting. Very unorganized and frankly no sense of urgency. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Though we did get our drinks after 20 minutes, 1 out of 4 drinks were incorrect and the smoothie was tasteless. We had to leave after 30 minutes of non-service and got a refund. Of course some people have off days, but this was definitely one of them.

Absolute gem -- nails it on all levels. Menu is outstanding, much more variety and more interesting options than your average coffee shop. Nick will make you whatever you want, exactly the way you want it, and it will be delicious and the coffee will be phenomenal. Go! Now!

The coffee (latte) is really fantastic. Nice area outside to sit with pup. Also got the Pink Dragon bowl — delicious!!! Yum!!!
