Bro's hear me out. Pan fried noodles are is sugar coated. Food here tastes too "Americanized" that it reminded me of Panda Express. Even their side of meats is sugar coated (side of chicken and steak). Why do they make their dishes uncessararily sweet it's not that good. They do cook fast for take-out, but I wouldn't come back here.

Delicious soups and rice plates. Prices are reasonable and service is friendly. There is a full bar and happy hour here. On Friday nights we are still able to get a table and good service despite being very busy. Be cautious using their discounts as they didn't honor ours.

I moved out of California a few years ago and now have tried various Pho places throughout the country. My favorite dish is the House Special Noodle Soup made with ground chicken, pork, shrimp, etc. I've never seen another place make a southern style soup like this. It is so flavourful. While I enjoy regular style pho and eat it frequently, I greatly miss this dish. I'm glad to see they are still in business and will always drop by Basil and Mint when visiting Cali. God bless!

Portions are huge!! Flavor was okay and seems more catered to americanized pallette. The fish sauce dip is more on the sweeter side. Pho broth is more bland than what I would consider authentic but clean and will cure a pho craving.

Came during happy hour so price is good for what you pay for. Really enjoyed their egg rolls. Veggies are fresh. Will come again considering the amount you get and price. Definitly a place that is dog friendly as they have outdoor seating options as well.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of family brought their kids AND outside furbabies

Wheelchair accessibility: Available.

The spring roll at $10 is overpriced and small compared to other Vietnamese places in the area. It did not have any mint or cilantro. Overfilled with vermicelli.

The large pho also didn't have much meat, and again overdone with the vermicelli ratio.

Service was under whelming. We were seated and informed the person in front we would move to the patio. They did not inform the waiter, who thought we left until we checked in again. It wasn't too busy, but it took at least 10 minutes to get the spring roll to the table and the pho almost 15-20 minutes.

Used to enjoy the food and had no issues with the service during a previous visit, but the last experience was underwhelming and the food is now overpriced for what you get. Won't be back.

The food was okay, but the service is the worst. When we went for dinner with 2 kids, the waitress seemed impatient and not accommodating. At the end of our meal, another staff came accused our kids of taking coins in the restaurant without proof. He repeatedly said “your kids MIGHT be the ones - we are not sure, no one saw it. But you know I have kids too, if they did something like this I would probably speak to them”, I mean why would you even come and talk to us about it if you’re not even sure?! The waitress even tried to force my husband to give the highest tip option but we tipped based on the service but were questioned by the waitress. It was the worst service ever.

Kid-friendliness: Staff tends to assume that kids will do something even without proper investigation, kids are meant to be taught, we don't mind speaking to them about whats right and wrong but approaching us for some incident that you are not even sure, is unacceptable.

Wheelchair accessibility: Toilet isn't really for disabled. We had to use the men’s room coz women’s toilet cant be accessed if you have a wheelchair or mobility scooter.

poor customer service . we requested a booth for our toddler with autism and a vision impairment and were denied . the place was more than half empty . i pretty much begged and explained our situation sharing that he gets excited and a little loud and about his disability. again denied because " reserved for groups of 5 " when we were a group of three . again the place more than half empty. three minutes later a white male with one child was granted the seat we requested :didn't catch the servers name ( the one with shaved eyebrows ) but she should be reminded a little empathy and understanding goes a long way. also let me add the pho was overcooked ( like masa balls ) . we used to love this place but it's just not the same and quite frankly we are disappointed. I recommend ANYWHERE else . gas station ramen noodles would do the trick . .

it was my first time here and i loved how cozy and nice this place was! staff were kind and i really appreciate the low ambience and lighting, i really hate bright over head lights so this felt very intimate and social at the same time. wasn’t there for the bar but their happy hour and drinks seem pretty ranged. their food was 100% the highlight of it all, i loved everything we ordered, definitely recommend the lime soda and fish sauce chicken wings ! their pho is super yummy too, a more clear and refreshing broth than others while their meats are fatty and tender, it’s a nice balance. officially a go to spot from now on ??
