I like the Baskin Robbins but the entrance is confusing because of it being under construction.
A lady in the parking lot asked me where I got the pink spoon...wondering if Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors was still there. I pointed out the "Yes we are open" sign. You have to look for the sign that says to go to the side entrance. B-R is open under construction of the shopping center. Still great ice cream and alternative none ice-cream choices.
Great service and ice cream
The female working 3/31 at around 4pm was so rude, and had a bad attitude. Until now I've never had anything but great service.
Don't come on Monday nights, all the good flavors are gone for cleaning.

Baskin robins is a good ice cream place
It was a a Friday night after a long week of school. My two friends and I really wanted a scoop of that delicious-delicious ice cream. A scoop of ice scream that would have flipped my frown upside down. We zoomed down to Ponderosa road, of course, at a legal speed. Just to throw the good old Mazda M3, white 2016 mint condition, arriving at 9:56. Only to get turned down by some one who had locked the door and was mopping the floor. We should have been served. My friends dad was a golden scooper at 31 flavors, a he said and I quote,” as long at you are in there by 10, you got your self a fresh scoop of ice cream”. Now I am currently frustrated as I wait in the long line of Rolling Pin donuts. I will not be attending 31 Flavors anymore on a Friday night.
31st is a special discount day at 31 Flavors BR - unless the manager forgot to tell the staff. Paid full price today :(
Nice Baskin Robbins. It's a little bit small, but it has good ice cream. The staff was kind enough to give my friend another free scoop of ice cream as it sadly met it's end on the parking lot pavement.Photo: An unfortunate drop ??
Amazing tasty ice cream and great service.

I'm glad to see a much friendlier staff! I know it's usually High School kids working there. But they should still at least pretend to be happy to be there lol. These kids that are there now were quick to get us what we wanted & smiles. Although, I will say I was bummed that they didn't have the Jamocha Almond Fudge this time. So I settled for German Chocolate. It's alright I guess. BUT what I REALLY wish they would bring back is the Mississippi Mud!!!! That is my FAVORITE besides their Pistachio. It's been 2 years now. Is it discontinued??? ?

Always Good Ice Cream. Great customer Service. Nice Guys.
Sammy and Salvador killed it when we visited. Hadn’t been back in a while and asked them to walk us through their favorite flavors as of late, and why. They’re favorites didn’t miss and took great care of us.Big reason I’ll be coming back again, sooner than later !
