Lucerne Restaurant | Italian Cuisine is a great restaurant known for its Italian food. The best steak ever is available, and the special filet mignon with risotto and spinach melted in your mouth. Many guests have tried most entrees and have never been disappointed. The pasta Carbonara tastes great with a big portion, and the complimentary bread is delicious. The pasta Bolognese had little sauce, and the meatballs were just okay, but most people liked their food. The food is authentic, with large, fresh, and very tasty portions. The owner is nice, polite, and accommodating. The service is friendly, efficient, and attentive, with personal attention. The atmosphere is super cool with wine bottle decorations and calm opera-style music. The building is clean and without clutter. The ambience is very nice with white linen tablecloths and a rose, suitable for a romantic dinner. The prices are really good, making it a decent place with a cozy vibe. It is the best Italian restaurant in Camarillo and the best Italian food in all of Ventura County. Even with major construction in the parking lot, it is totally worth it.
