I'm at this location a couple times a week, great location to grab a quick lunch on a busy day. Customer service is always responsive and friendly even under pressure. The food is decent, standard for what you'd expect from every Subway.
I had two requests of the young man serving me. A well toasted bread and a senior discount. I didn't get either. He just wasn't paying attention although there was nothing else going on...

I asked if I could get another worker to make my food and he just sat there filling chips and didn't say hold on a min or anything. Then he made are sandwiches and slide them over and we had to wait for the person making online orders to be done to finish ours when they knew I was in a hurry because I was on a 30 min lunch break. The food was great and the sandwiches were made perfect. The customer care wasn't so great.
