Ripoff Alert: Shrinkflation: $13.00 for a sandwich the size of a taquito? Sandwich had around 40% of the toppings it normally does, and the bread was about 20% smaller than it once was! Avoid.

Yikes.Ordered 2 subs, different toppings, on the app. Both subs were made with the same toppings.I called the store. Noone answered.I called back, earlier in the day, next day. I'm told that there's only one employee at the location after 8pm (not info you should be giving out, but okay, that's why nobody answers the phone.)Then I'm told that the person working isn't authorized to replace my incorrect sub to call back the NEXT morning to speak to the general manager. They indicate she's a female in her verbiage. I ask for her name and they say they will not give it. I ask when to call they say "try again later." Ordered a steak, egg, and cheese. Halfway through the sandwich, I realize something is missing. Sure enough, no steak. Subway quality has nose dived, and I more than likely won't be going back.

I’d give this place a 0 star if possible, Staff was super serious and unfriendly. Spent 30 dollars on two sandwiches that I did not eat as I did not want to eat sandwiches that possibly contained negative energy. If people don’t like their job, you can quit and look some place else. Franchise owner please do better as to who you hire. Would Not recommend

Went here tonight for the first time in months. Cause last time I was here there was horrible service to where no one paid any attention. Never said hello never looked up and did mobile order instead of waiting on people who are in the store. An once again that happened again. This place is a joke and neeeds to work on its customer service. This is no subway!!! This is a sandwich shop posing as a subway.

Skip this location on weekday afternoons. Staff doesn’t follow instructions on website orders and ignores curbside pickups. Tried this several times and they’ve never brought the order out. Ordered dressing on side and they put it on the sandwich. Had to ask for sides even though it was on the order. Website and app crash constantly. Other local locations are far better than this. Skip the survey as well, management could care less about what customers think.

I had the worst sandwich made today, the guy at the counter, Ozzie, just threw all the ingredients onto the bread and called it a sandwich. I have always gone to subway and never had an issue but getting a sandwich that was made by someone who clearly doesn’t wanna work it’s not cool. I usually don’t post good or bad reviews but today I was very upset and disappointed at the service I received.
