I ordered a photo printed cake for my daughters birthday. she was so excited because it was a picture of one of her drawings. we themed her birthday off of this image. I was meant to pick up the cake at 12:30pm. 30 minutes before her party. however I was running late and got there at 12:45 only to find out that the cake wasn't done! they said that the photo printer was broken and had been all day. I get that machines break down BUT if you can't complete an order you should call your customers. they didn't bother to call to let me know so that I could make other arrangement. instead the owner told them NOT to call me and she tried to get me to pay full price for a plain white cake. since I now only had ten minutes until my daughter party I was forced into buying something. she gave me the plain cake with a $20 refund and a ton of attitude. the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive. she said she didnt call me because she thought she could fix the machine, but when I got there she was interviewing people. she wasn't trying to fix anything. she knew that if she called I would have taken my business elsewhere, so she set me up to be forced to buy a plain white cake for $35. The only reason I gave their place two stars is because her staff tried to help me and were incredibly sweet and understanding. I hope the young woman who helped me moved on to anotherplace that will appreciate her honesty and talent.this place is not it. I will never be retuning to this store. the owner /manager is just plain horrible. A rude, lying, and manipulative business woman.

A lady in the parking lot asked me where I got the pink spoon...wondering if Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors was still there. I pointed out the "Yes we are open" sign. You have to look for the sign that says to go to the side entrance. B-R is open under construction of the shopping center. Still great ice cream and alternative none ice-cream choices.

Why is a freezer broken every time we go in? The floors and tables and walls are gross. Nothing ever looks new or clean or in good working condition. I've seen freezer frost build up drop into the ice cream and I've seen cakes and ice creams melt in the freezers. All the flavors are always the same.For 6 bucks a scoop we might as well go to a fancier ice cream store. This was a cute place years ago but it's run down and dated and not in a nostalgic way but a gross way.

Needed a sweet treat today. Even though the construction is going on in the shopping center, the store was open like normal. Tried a new flavor, Oreo and Cold Brew, like Cookies n Cream for grown ups. Ice cream always makes me happy. I was impressed by the enthusiasm of the young employees. Thank you Baskin Robbins.

At this location in Camarillo the ice cream is always soft. I don't think they keep the freezers cold enough because the ice cream is always almost melted. I usually get my flavors hand packed and the result is always the same....ice cream that appears partially melted. Even the prepackaged quarts in the freezer appear as if they have been melted and refrozen. Complaints made to the owners are unacknowledged, but the one time I did get a response, the owner was combative and contentious. ice cream should be served VERY COLD. The stuff you get at this location is practically soft serve!

Place is a joke...you are first greeted by a nice wiff of urine (complements of the hobos outside), then reminded that the minimum wage employees are just angry at the customers or to be working in a disheveled establishment...either way they insult you because hey YOURE the problem, then as your feet stick to the floors trying to make your way to the register you're reminded AGAIN their gift card machine is down...then the employees remind you it's your fault again and to travel 30 minutes to Oxnard to get a gift card. Such a nice family establishment.

The girls who work here give the best customer service, and the ice cream is good, of course it's Baskin Robbins, but the location is not that good, that's the only thing. There's no indoor seating right now but they did put some benches outside in the sun, which it can get quite hot out there. I wish they had some potted trees around the outside and make like a little patio or something where people could sit and relax, but if you come here to get an ice cream there's really no where 'beautiful' to sit, you're literally on a bench between two buildings, and facing a parking lot. But customer service is great! Those girls rock.
