Must try outstanding pastries
Great Customer Service. I have been here a few times with my family. Always good food & coffee. But today I was surprised when I believe the manager or owner (young tall slender lady) was running the register and I believe forgot to ring up my coffee. We got a lot of stuff so it’s understandable. But she saw me still waiting when she came back from checking on something in the back. The best almond croissant! And for a meal, the Croque-Madame or yogurt parfait are great.

Café Ficelle is a really great coffee shop and the best one visited so far in Los Angeles. The vibe, coffee, and food are enjoyed. The staff is really awesome and friendly. The bestest pour over ever is served. The chocolate croissant was absolutely delicious, and the coffee latte was adorable and nicely frothed. The food was good and delicious. The atmosphere is causally comfortable. Service is quick and friendly, even when busy. The Butter & Bubbles happy hour is lovely, with delicious food like baked Brie and Burrata, tomato, and procuitto appetizers. It is a cute cafe in a conventional location in walkable Old Town with lots to do and see nearby.
