I placed an online order.. I arrived , let them know I arrived through the app. No one came out. I sat at the curbside almost 15 mins. Called to inform them after 12 min wait and a young man hung up in my face. Bad service today. 3/29Please watch for all curbside customers. This was rude

Today the breakfast order they gave me to take away was very bad... The potatoes were very burnt, not even enough to make me want to eat them... It's unfair that the cooks make the food so expensive that you have to pay for a dish and To throw it away is unfair.

So expensive. It's an iHOP, you know what you're getting, but $50 for breakfast for 2 (one stack of pancakes and one plate with 2 eggs, toast, hash browns, 2 slices of turkey bacon, plus 2 coffees and an orange juice) is nuts.

Great food and awesome environment most of the people here are nice however I brought my mom here for a breakfast today and our waitress attempted at charging us a $20 involuntary tip. This made me very upset since we had planned on paying the tip separately from the food charge on her tablet. We made it clear to her upon the processing of the charge that we would do so and she still decided to tip $10 to her name completely disregarding our statement. This type of server is unacceptable and management should correct not only her behavior but also the lousy entitlement of the waitress and her attitude. Will not be dining here again.

Came in Monday morning 11/27/23 @ 9am. Pretty busy, aerobics was good and food was fast and delicious. I ordered some strawberry banana pancakes and they were amazing. Coffee is always good. Bus boy was great at getting us waters and coffee. Ambiance was a little loud but not too bad for our 2 month old baby. He was able to fall asleep in his car seats. ; stars because I feel like prices are a little out of hand. Not ihops fault but it sucks paying 40 bucks for 1 plate for wife pancakes for me and 1 coffee + Tip. I will be back tho.

The food was OK, but the server keep talking loud in Spanish from the very lobby to the back of the place. It was hard to relax. I was there 1/2 hour the talking was constant non-stop LOUD!

Last Sunday after church we went to IHOP because the lines were just ridiculous at the other restaurants. There was still a line at IHOP, but we were able to squeeze in because there were two of us. I must say the service was excellent! We were cold, because the, air conditioning was blowing on us and they turned it down for us. The food was actually really good. The only issue was all of the babies and small children. I really wish they would have a family with young kids section and a none little kid section.
