IHOP is a popular spot known for its hospitality and kindness. It offers a great place to gather with friends for a memorable time. Many customers have left happy and full after their visits, enjoying the typically busy breakfast diner ambiance that is cleaner than many other diners. Service is often noted as faster and friendlier than at higher-end restaurants, making it a favorite for many. Customers appreciate the menu, especially classics like the 2 pancake breakfast with strawberries and whipped cream, which some say is even better with added bananas. However, there have been some issues with orders, such as missing items and long wait times for curbside pickup.
While the coffee has been criticized for being weak with packet creamers, other menu items have received positive feedback. Kids enjoy fun options like the chocolate chip pancake with a smiley face made of whipped cream. Some have had mixed experiences with items like the berry crepes, which did not meet expectations. Despite a few complaints, IHOP remains a beloved choice, with a loyal customer base ready to return for delicious breakfasts and a welcoming atmosphere.
