This place was ok before now I don’t know if it’s just the younger employees. Or maybe not proper training. Not asking if we as customers want salsa or creamer sugar and then when we do ask for them, they get upset. Asking for condiments for customers is 101 for training. I used to work in the fast food industry and move myself up as a GM. I don’t know what’s going on hopefully, they correct correct this

This Jack N Box appears to take already cooked tacos and re deep fry them again to heat them up. The tacos are incredibly greasy and inedible. Sadly, this appears to be the trend with Jack N Box tacos. Looks like almost 40 years of eating their tacos is coming to an end.

Horrific customer service. I was completely ignored, then the women talked crap about me in spanish as I was walking out, thinking I wouldn't understand. Management really should address how the staff treats customers.

Place to mobile through their website for the drive-thru. The weight was incredibly long for there only being a couple cars in front of me. No one greeted me at the window and the communication was bad. When I got home and looked at the order, two items were missing. I called and asked for some help on a possible refund and there was poor communication and little help. For the prices they expect us to pay, I expect to have all my food and in good quality.
Accessibility is limited only about four parking spots available. A very tight fit. The cops rolled by here about once every half hour
