They have updated the lobby to all ordering kiosks. I always have a customer order and had to wait a long time to talk to someone. And there seemed to be plenty of people to help. Having the staff shut off from the customers by the new wall of kiosks is not welcoming.

They took so long to give us our order to go. We had stopped there on our way back from camping it took roughly 30 to 40 minutes to get our food. I don't know but maybe they were understaffed. I wasn't mean or anything but it was hard because we were in a hurry to get to a place on a Pacific time. That threw us back and we got there late.

Honestly, I almost never eat at McDs, for a variety of reasons, but this time I had to get some quick, cheap food and the surrounding joints were super busy, so I bit the bullet and hit the drive thru. For the first time ever, I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, because I heard it was rhe only McD burger that was made with fresh, not frozen, beef.
