El Pollo Loco is a restaurant that offers excellent grilled chicken dishes. The restaurant serves a shredded chicken and cheese bowl, and the staff is willing to correct any mistakes in orders, such as refunding money or offering complimentary drinks. The manager provides helpful and excellent service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
The restaurant is known for its fast service and accurate order fulfillment. However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the limited amount of salsa provided with their meals. Additionally, a few customers have reported issues with the drive-thru service, such as forgotten orders or excessive use of cilantro in their dishes.
Despite these occasional challenges, El Pollo Loco continues to be a popular destination for its delicious grilled chicken and commitment to customer satisfaction.
