The younger ladies working gave phenomenal service, very sweet and attentive! There was an older women wearing glasses, however, on the bakery side who was beyond rude, ignored customers including myself while continuing to have a conversation with a male coworker. I waited for assistance for a few minutes and decided to walk out to my car to put my lunch away and came back to stand at the counter since it had already been a few minutes of standing there. The food and beverage is on point. All the items I ordered were delicious. Staff is friendly and efficient. There is a large diameter ceiling fan that always runs on turbo. Many people move from the tables near the fan because it is too windy and cold. Maybe turn the fan down so your guests are better accommodated…. 🙏

The food, the secret ingredients, and atmosphere at the location and overall look is perfect and high end. But the place is mega mega mega busy in the weekends, so the food takes 30+ mins to be delivered to your table. That's the only part I don't like. But it is a great spot. I would recommend it. Probably go in the early or late mornings/ lunch time.
