“I normally order online for pickup. I've done it twice at this location now. And I'm thoroughly impressed with how my order is ready or just about ready even if I order 10 minutes prior on Grubhub.Today, the icing met the cake.I procrastinated and placed my order 10 minutes prior to the time I normally take my lunch.When I got there, my order was 'just about ready' - they just needed to bag it and give me my cup for my drink.Except that they didn't give me my cup for my drink.The gal actually got a cup, went to the fountain and filled the cup for me while I'm standing there! I was content to do it myself, but NOOOOOOOOOO... ;)THAT is SERVICE!“
