“Don't believe the low ratings, maybe it's cumulative from the past.
You will see for yourself the second you walk in, this place is spotless and all the employees are very welcoming, not to mention the food is presented nicely and they give generous portions.
I'm not going to steer you down the wrong road so trust me. this is our favorite Panda Express in Santa Clarita along with our other Panda Express on Newhall Ranch and Bouquet Cyn.

“Unlike other Panda Express locations, this one is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is always kept fresh. Even if a dish runs out, you never have to wait more than five minutes for a refill.
The employees are all very efficient, so the line moves quickly and you don't have to wait long. The portions are also just right. Out of all the Panda Express locations I’ve visited lately, this one is definitely the best.“
“We ordered Panda Express through a delivery service. My husband commented that he really enjoyed the mushroom chicken and I liked the string bean chicken. I thought the firecracker shrimp was okay, I expected more heat with an entree name like that. The fried rice was sorta boring, I would opt for the steamed rice instead.“
“COVID update: they have tables set up outside on the sidewalk and a partitioned part of the street.Pastas are still good though no specials of the day anymore (understandable).Got a mai tai and mojito, both of which were good. Not a huge fan of the fries but that's just a personal preference (they were the thick cut and I prefer thin).“
“Usually Panda Express food is excellent (good food inexpensive), however on this visit the fried rice was cold and there was no ice for your drinks (ice machine was broke). However, I’m not going to let these concerns deter me from dinning here in the future.“
“We picked up a door dash order and it was missing an item. Jasli was super helpful and offered to give us a medium item to replace it. Had to wait a few minutes while it was cooked. She apologized for the inconvenience and handled the entire situation very well. All while taking care of all the other customers in line. Appreciate her kind and excellent service as someone who works in customer service as well. Thank you.“
