The reasons I give for my rating are simple. When you have positions for 20 dishes on your menu, but you only have 6 items prepared, at noon, and the rest of the menu items are unused bowls, you are controlling the menu and limiting your customers choices. These employees were more than happy to have us wait almost 8 minutes to prepare a single item. The place closes at 9pm but more than half of the items are empty and clean. When asked if they will make something ... the response is it depends. Not quite the - don't see what you want ask for it, like their signs advertise.They also need to stop partially filling orders and letting them sit for 8 minutes while they cook one of the items they ran out of. New process definitely needed!
