Got my drink wrong again! It's such a simple drink, and I ended up with the choice of paying for the wrong drink or waiting for a new one, which I didn't have time to do.

This Starbucks is awesome! They are always fast despite being consistently busy. My drink and food are on point every time. Karen is a joy along with the rest of the team at this location. It's also a cute store and always seems clean.

One of your employees looked me dead in the eyes as she went out of her way to deliberately walk RIGHT in front of my car while I was exiting the parking lot, making me slam on my breaks and causing my hot oatmeal (that I just paid for) to spill on my lap. I don’t know her name, all I know is she had dirty blonde hair in a bun and looked mean as hell. Went back inside for napkins and a spoon because they didn’t give me one, and saw her rolling her eyes and mean mugging a different customer. What a peach!

Soooo I ordered a venti soy extra chai latte in the drive thru when they handed it to me it felt light but I got distracted because I asked for a venti cup of ice. I get home and open the lid...and behold to me look what I got a grande in a venti cup with old foam that was probably in the steamer cup before servicing and just reheated (I know this because I used to work at Starbucks and fresh foam does not look like that) soooo I paid for a venti and got this disappointing latte this is why I never go here I only go to the one on Lewis in Camarillo. I hope Anthony the District Manger sees this because him and my ex boss Steph would not approve of this. Starbucks standard that I was trained is that no matter where in the world Starbucks prides itself on exceptional customer service and quality of drinks no matter where it should be the same. This Starbucks needs more help. Guess they need some coffee masters to step up

I am a regular at this Starbucks. Today I walked in saw the BLM T-shirt's and walked out! I will not support a company that supports violence,riots, burning down businesses, avoiding tax and stealing money from a charity to buy a 6 million dollar home! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Please reflect on your bad decisions and get rid of those "woke" T-shirt's...

This store sucks that team is not well trained, I asked for Pike coffee with cream at 150° and they gave me a lukewarm coffee. When I told him (Gavin) that it was not hot enough they told me there's nothing they could do about it because that's how the coffee is brewed. They said I want it, they could brew another pot but they could not make it any hotter. Gavin the barista keep arguing, that they do not do that, they do not make any hotter I told him every store does it. His reply was " we do not do that because is not possible". These guys need better training.

Absoloutely love these creative and delicious drinks, the Starbucks off of Arniel road in Camarillo has the nicest people. My only thing I would say is that it is so expensive and I get confused when I use the app because I've been going every day for months and I still haven't gotten a reward! Overall I love the place, but I wish the prices were lower!

We were there yesterday at outlets. The girl at pick up window was extremely RUDE..we ordered 4 things 3 came quick mine the 4th took forever. When I asked she was snappy and rude. More than one time. It was around 2pm something needs to be done you are going to lose business. I will not go back.

Mama needs her coffee!! I go to this Starbucks and whether it be in the early morning or late afternoon, the drive thru is never a long wait. Service is friendly and fast here!!

I go to this location because of proximity. However, besides the male barista, the services is below subpar & customer service is not great. They overcharge & add a breve charge when you ask for a splash of milk. Breve is steamed milk FYI. & today, I got banana nut bread still in the package. Lovely. Top it off, whenever you communicate this to Managment, they never troubleshoot or resolve these issues. Better off going to a stand alone Starbucks that actually will hold up their standards.
