horrible horrible horrible. I ordered an online order today. and the guy forgot the cookies, then when I drove home he forgot the avocado slices I paid extra for. and when I went back he didn't want to make me a new sandwich after I took one bite, (thats hiw I knew I was missing avocado in the first place) . and he just shrugged and laughed it off. and cut the slices and put them on my sandwich. he was not committed to customer satisfaction. I couldn't get his name as he had no name tag.

The sandwich was at par. The pricing was understandably higher. The one thing I DID NOT like was the large stainless steel lid they had over their meats and other sandwich protein choices. I appreciated that you could watch and see what they were putting into your sandwich as they were making it. This dang lid just covered all the proteins such that I COULDNT SEE what or how much they were putting into my sanwich !! They kept the vegies and dressing side as is (uncovered).

I took home the sandwich, and it was okay, but they took away a big part of the Subway experience !!!

Very helpful employees, both with great attitudes. I had a problem with my order—I brought in an expired coupon by mistake and had to pay twice what I was expecting with the current one. Anyway, after I got home I decided to call back and see if they would take the valid coupon. They said they would and I went right on down and they fixed the charges. That is EXCELLENT customer service, because with the increased prices everywhere lately, I was starting to think I might not go back again. They saved a customer by doing that. So don’t forget to tip! They work hard and make great sandwiches.

3rd time here and there's always something wrong, management is clearly the issue. There is no oversight no closing manager and if you have any problems no one knows how to help you. This was their last chance for me. Never going

Ripoff Alert: Shrinkflation: $13.00 for a sandwich the size of a taquito? Sandwich had around 40% of the toppings it normally does, and the bread was about 20% smaller than it once was! Avoid.

Yikes.Ordered 2 subs, different toppings, on the app. Both subs were made with the same toppings.I called the store. Noone answered.I called back, earlier in the day, next day. I'm told that there's only one employee at the location after 8pm (not info you should be giving out, but okay, that's why nobody answers the phone.)Then I'm told that the person working isn't authorized to replace my incorrect sub to call back the NEXT morning to speak to the general manager. They indicate she's a female in her verbiage. I ask for her name and they say they will not give it. I ask when to call they say "try again later." I’d give this place a 0 star if possible, Staff was super serious and unfriendly. Spent 30 dollars on two sandwiches that I did not eat as I did not want to eat sandwiches that possibly contained negative energy. If people don’t like their job, you can quit and look some place else. Franchise owner please do better as to who you hire. Would Not recommend
