How is Isaac still employed here? Every shift with him is a walking disaster. No greeting, no thank you, no smile, no basic human manners — NOTHING. He acts like serving customers is beneath him, like he’s being forced at gunpoint just to hand over a drink. He was glued to his phone the entire time, crying about his boyfriend breaking up with him or something? smh!
Our drinks were messed up. When we pointed it out, he didn’t apologize, didn’t fix it he just acted annoyed, like it was our fault for expecting what we actually paid for. The only thing he seems good at is shaking hands with the manager on site and maybe that’s the only reason he still has a job. Because it sure isn’t his work ethic.

This employee Isaac was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. No greetings, no kindness, no basic manners whatsoever. He didn't even bother to say that our drink was done! He just slammed it on the counter while a dude was scratching is hair over our cup! We were the first to order our drinks and somehow ended up being the last to be served — even after people who ordered well after us. (No, these weren’t mobile orders either. Just people who walked in after us.)

Instead of working, Isaac spent most of the time on his phone, clearly uninterested in customers.

If he doesn’t want to work here, then don’t make customers pay the price for his attitude. This is not just bad service — it’s disrespect. Fire him.

Coffee Bean always served you the best product of their menu. I ordered frozen or blended Hazelnut and the Barista delivered the best service and quality of a coffee shop. Im just being honest because I am regular customer of your competitor but i was really impressed how cBTL delivered better. You should add more branches near freeways

I’ve had two terrible experiences at the Camarillo location that both involved rude employees. The first was a manager and the second was yesterday with Miriam. Our drinks were finished but she wouldn’t put them on the counter or call our name. She carried on a personal conversation with another employee and made the next customer’s drinks, all while ours just sat there melting. When I finally asked about them she made a rude comment to me! It was actually shocking behavior and I won’t be back to this location. Not surprised anymore that so many coffee bean locations have closed.

Stopped by to purchase a medium cold brew..I need it a pick me up at 3:30 pm. What woke me up was that after drinking 3 ounces of coffee, I was left with a cup full of ice. And after waiting a while, it was the most disappointing experience at a coffee shop in a long time. I guess I will be going back to Starbucks.

UNBELIEVABLE, I walked in to CBTL as I usually do once or twice a week and low and behold my order was in the works and ready quickly. Didn't use the app which, only because im old I love customer service and Holy moly, this is the place!!!! Love Sue and Miete!!

Been to this location several times and ordered drinks while seeing other people with outside food sitting at tables. Walked in today with food and went straight to the line to order drinks when the guy with a bandana mentioned that outside food was a problem, meanwhile 2 other people currently sitting inside had outside food. I understand places have rules, but they should be implemented at all times and brought up in a way that is not rude and overly loud so that others can hear. As I told bandana guy, won't be back again. Never ran into this issue at Starbucks.
