Whether I’m ordering pick up or delivery, I have never been disappointed. I ❤️ Coffee Bean, especially the one located on Arneill! One of my favorite parts of ordering delivery is the sweet notes they leave, and sometimes they even take the time to make cute drawings. Food and drinks are always tasty, I love it! ?

The Crew is made of young cool girls and guys. The HUGE problem we all have with this location is the freezing A/C! I've got sick twice.I don't want to have to pay $15 for a couple of coffee and be rushed out.I understand that you guys are trying to keep the homeless out by raising the cold temperature even when outside is chilli, so that they will have to leave rather than claim daily residency in there... But come on... It's COLD FOR EVERYBODY

Staff was friendly but the coffee was disgusting. Expresso is supposed to have a rich full body and smooth undertones. My coffee tastes like bitter plastic and a cheap light roast. Never go to this location ?

The coffee is great but the service is s**** 2nd time this week they give several people who came after me their drinks before i get my SMALL hazelnut latte. Ask me again for a tip! Starbucks coffee isn't as good but at least their service is good and this is why i always tip. Do better coffee bean
