Stopped at Brydge for a late lunch when exploring the Central Coast. It’s a converted home off the main street of Cambira. It has cozy atmosphere & lovely back patio. The petrale sole appetizer was magical. The waygu burger was perfect.

I cute place to have some quick bites. They offer a nice variety of shared plates, their main courses are limited but overall a very quaint place to enjoy a meal.
Parking: There’s about 8 parking spots in their designated parking area. Very accessible.

So happy we found Brydge to dine at for our 5th wedding anniversary! The ambiance was perfect, homey, modern, down to earth, great music and very unique artwork. A shareable menu which made the dining experience so fun for us as we compared tastings. We had 3 shareable starts, mushrooms, potatoes and sole- all of which we would choose again but our favorite was the sole with leek, sage and onion. AMAZING. How do you even make leek taste like that? It was so so good. We share the half chicken with olives and polenta for our main and it was delicious I hope to make something similar at home for a nice comfort meal. We had the pistachio gelato topped with sea salt and it couldn’t have been a better finish. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

**Where do I even begin?**
Brydge restaurant is one of the most beautiful restaurants we've ever been to. It’s a small house built from redwood trees and has been a restaurant since 1940. The lighting, music, and interior are stunning, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The food was outstanding. We shared two appetizers and had the rib-eye for the main course – everything was cooked to perfection, wonderfully seasoned and prepared. Chef Elaine knows what she’s doing, and the ingredients are locally sourced. Delphine was our waitress that evening, incredibly attentive and friendly, making it hard for us to leave. If this restaurant were closer to home, we'd go weekly. Highly recommended!

Delfina was great. Food is sooo good. We came from Daly City for the Hearst Castle tour and stumbled upon Brydge for dinner. I will do the 3+ hours drive just to come here.
It's worth it.

Wow.!! We’d heard about Brydge and since it’s tucked away, forgot about it. But then remembered and looked it up on the map and it’s a 1 minute walk from Main St so we went. Got right in, had great service from Kyle and ate an amazing meal. We had the beets and then the King Salmon Supper. They were both great. Beets with Blue Cheese and the Crispy skinned salmon was amazing. We sat out back and it was peaceful. 4 stars only for the plastic tables and chairs. Cute place.
Highly recommend. Will be back

Wow! This place blew me away. I’m visiting from the bay and came here because I am staying next door. This has to be the best restaurant in the area. All the food was fresh and tasty and thoughtfully prepared. I got some dream shrimp that made me feel like I was back in Spain. It’s on a quiet peaceful street. There’s a front and back patio for anyone dining with dogs. Wine selection was great. Service was wonderful. Total gem!

Cambria has needed a restaurant like this for so long. This is not your average tourist spot. The food was thoughtful, sophisticated yet comforting, and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Most of the menu was locally sourced. Great wine selection. Warm, cozy ambiance. I love how they converted an old Victorian into a restaurant. Definitely will be coming back.

40 years on the central coast and maybe the best meal I’ve ever had… Potatoes with the aïoli sauce and the mushrooms were out of this world. Everything on the appetizer menu looked fantastic. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned with a salad with the freshest of ingredients. I hope Cambria can support this quaint little gem of soul warming food.

Fantastic dinner at Brydge! We were dining a bit late and wanted "small plates", this was THE PERFECT meal for us. Every delicious dish was created with care and beautifully presented. Polenta was perfect, Beet Salad was amazing, Olive Oil Potatoes are not to be missed, mushrooms, olives, every bite a pleasure. Did I mention the wine? The wine was excellent. After our small plates we indulged in the Chocolate Pudding with flake salt. Sheer bliss. Not only were we gastronomically satiated, we were very well taken care of by Delphina, who graciously tolerated our running outside to look for the full moon rising during our meal. I looking forward to experiencing the "suppers for two" next time I am in Cambria because I know they will be amazing! Such a beautiful gem of a restaurant in this seaside community. Without a doubt the best meal to be discovered in Cambria.

This is one of those decent atmosphere restaurants that thinks it can charge over $80 for a ribeye and $68 for a half chicken because it is in a tourist destination, but the food itself is possible to make at home, by anyone, with ease (and likely better). The experience was awful for the following reasons:
It took 25 minutes to even be approached and offered water.
When we put in our order we asked it to be. Coursed - everything all came at once, 3 starters and the main.
Food was way over seasoned to make up for the lack luster dishes. The salad tasted like drinking perfume and was sent back.
Our water glasses were only filled when we waived down the server and even then, they routinely filled one persons and left the other empty.
They under staffed the restaurant and left our server out to dry on a weekend night which resulted in slow service.
We sent a formal review to the restaurant which was constructive…and we never heard back.
If you’re going to charge fine dining prices, at least have better service than Burger King and better food than California Kitchen.
Avoid this place, the good reviews are not reflective of their current situation.
