The food was 5 stars, hands down. Everything we ordered was fantastic: the beet salad, the polenta with shrimp, the pinsa bread and butter flight, the dark chocolate pudding. Our only complaints were that the bread/butter came out last, instead of first like you would expect, and also the bench seating was not so comfortable. They definitely seemed understaffed for a busy Friday night.

This is one special place. Great food when we were there recently. They have a great menu , food was really good, cool menu and left very pleased.

Have to say that the staff, to a person, were very welcoming and made for a very friendly relaxed environment. The house setting just made for a nice inviting time too.

If you're looking to take a special person out for a drive to the coast and a meal after I tell ya reserve a table. This is one special place and we'll be back to Cambria to visit Brydge hopefully soon.

Brydge was a delightful dining experience from the tasty drinks (I enjoyed a nonalcoholic lavender lemonade) to the fresh beat salad and to-die-for homemade bread to the perfectly prepared salmon. My favorite was the dark chocolate pudding for dessert—chef’s kiss! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Being served by the chef is as an added treat—she is lovely! I can’t wait to dine here again. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for delicious, local food within an old historic house in Cambria.

I wish we went to Brydge the first night of our trip so we could come here everyday to try new dishes!!! Best meal of our trip by far, service was incredible and we absolutely loved every dish - standout was the Salmon! Highly recommend!!!

I had been on the road for 10 days exploring the Central California Coast. I had been advised to go to Brydge downtown Cambria.

So glad I listened, for I had an outstanding meal in a intimate setting of a home.

The beet salad was one of the best I have had the good fortunate to have eaten.

Seriously, the meal is worthy of a Michelin Star.

Stumbled upon this spot after reading all the amazing reviews! You must go! Sat outside with my dog for lunch/dinner! The Resuben and pinsa hamburger was delicious as were the meatballs! Pistachio gelato was amazing! Can’t wait to come back and sit inside because the ambiance is amazing!

The charm and ambiance/ the food is amazing! What a lovely gem!

Delicious fresh local food that is especially fun for sharing to really enjoy the variety of options they have. It was the perfect mid day meal for us.

Rustic, old fashioned, simple, candle lit. We ordered more than we thought we would because it was so unique. Dining in pairs is the best bet. Service was good chef came out to ask us what we thought. Everything was unique. It is a bit spendy but if you are like us and from the central valley you won't be disappointed. Dishes are similarly priced to other basic restaurants. We ordered two starters and a supper for two, the prime rib, which was cooked perfectly. We will for sure be coming back for lunch tomorrow. Also not that it matters but as a gay couple we appreciate it being LGBT owned as an added bonus. So glad we decided to stop by. It got very busy over veteran's day weekend. So come early unless you dont mind taking your time and chatting while waiting for food. Wine was delicious. You can tell they care about what they do. 5 stars.

The place is cute but feels a bit awkward in layout since it’s a house turned into a restaurant. The staff was pleasant, but my beet salad ($22) came well after I’d finished my tiny Wagyu burger ($26), which was only about 4–5 ounces, came with just lettuce and no sides.
All of the other entrées are designed for two, so if you’re dining solo or as a couple who likes different dishes — tough luck.
They also only offer two white wines and one rosé by the glass.

I left hungry — and I’m a small eater — and even considered going somewhere else afterward.

The flavors were mediocre at best, nothing special or memorable. It’s a shame, because Cambria could really use more high-end restaurants, but this isn’t it.

Great! Was so good for lunch, came back that night for dinner, and happy we did. Chef is the owner, serious food talent. House-turned-into-restaurant, chill vibe, really, really good food. Go and enjoy!

It was our first time visiting Cambria and I'm so happy I found this place. This restaurant is excellent, not much else to say. I will be returning.
