Like all restaurants in Cambria, Las Cambritas has a charming and welcoming atmosphere. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. He let us choose our seat and attended to our every request! Food prep was a little long, but not the worst.The restaurant interior is simple - nothing too decorative - yet clean and cozy with a beautiful patio. The food is comparable to many other sit-down Mexican restaurants in SLO County. However, unlike almost every other local Mexican eatery (and I've sampled at least half of them by this point), they make their margaritas with tequila. If you're looking to waste a day in Cambria, I highly recommend settling in on their back patio for an hour with a cold drink and a basket of fresh chips.

We got two wonderful orders of enchiladas Verdes con pollo or chicken enchiladas with green sauce to go last night. We like their real specialty margaritas on the rocks. No frozen. Not blended. But wanted a lazy night at home. We recommend these enchiladas! Always good salsa with a little kick.
