Food was Ok, service was OK. What frustrated me was when we walked in the girl server said we have hamburgers, so we ordered two, and then asked if we want to pay now or later (weird). When the hamburgers arrived, only then did she tell us "oh we ran out of ketchup a while ago and we have no hot sauce". Perhaps call your manager or go to the store and buy some ketchup before you offer hamburgers?

Tasting is now $25 for a flight of 5 reds, served in stemless plastic rather than wine glass. However, more than compensated by the stunning ocean view including Dolphins.

Fabulous location on the beach and great wines! A must stop when in Cambria! My server was so great and the wines were delicious. I also had a savory tart that was delicious. Highly recommend!

Very cute little wine bar with great views! We stumbled upon this place as we were looking for a happy hour drink. We were lucky enough to get a spot outside by the windows facing the beach. Enjoyed talking to the staff and other patrons. We had a few glasses of wine and the charcuterie board. I would definitely go back.

Mediocre wines, but great views. Their Sauv Blanc tasted like Chardonnay, and their "barrel select" Cab Sauv tasted like pinot noir.
Stopped off here to meet some girlfriends as they were in town the same time we were here. And never knew they had a tasting room in the area even though we've stayed numerous of time along the boardwalk. Mainly if we were doing any tasting, it would just be in Paso Robles wine country. It's a small tasting area, on the patio area overlooking the beach. Nice view is always a plus. They offer a few wine in the tasting which mainly are form the area which is nice. Food is available to accompany the tasting. Dog friendly which is great as well. Compared to the winery tasting room, felt like we got more knowledge there versus her. Overall, it was nice if your in the area.

Found this cute gem of a place for wine tasting and it did not disappoint. What I ate/drank:- Tasting menu: When I went they were offering bold reds, which are my favorite, so I loved all the wine I tried- Cheese plate: Nothing too fancy, but a nice plate to nibble on while drinking and tasting the winePros:- The location was stunning! This tiny patio looked straight out to the ocean and it was pretty perfect - Plenty of parking down on the street. The parking lot was reserved for the hotel guests- "Late" night wine tasting. I think most vineyards/wine tasting places closed around 5, but this place was specifically open later, which is perfect. I was able to enjoy the glorious ocean sunset while drinking wine- There was only 1 server. He was very friendly and professional. Knowledgeable about the wine. He knew when to engage the patrons into conversation and when to step back. - Patio was dog friendly- If I was a local, I think this would be a great date spotCons:- Patio seating, so you're subject to the weather. While I felt like the weather was pretty perfect, it did get chillier once the sun set- Patio is rather small. Not the place to bring ten of your friends Would I come again? If I was in the area, yes!

Answered all our questions in detail about the wine selections.Madeline's on Moonstone at Cambria Shores Inn is a great place for wine tasting. The patio seating has beautiful views of Moonstone Beach across the street. It has a very nice relaxed ambience. Oscar, Taylor and Giovana were the servers today. They were wonderful, very friendly, cheerful. and welcoming. Oscar provided information on the red and white wines for sampling and answered all our questions. You get a complimentary free sampling if you are a guess at this inn. It's $15 for five pours if you are not. Their bottled wines are available for purchase.
