Went there while visiting Big Sur. It is a really small restaurant. As an appetizer, the staff gave us free chips and salsa. We ordered 2 Tacos with rice and beans. The food was okay, but the portion was small. There is a parking lot behind the shopping complex and you can also use the street parking.
While this is definitely a casual, "hole-in-the-wall" little place the food and service were fantastic. The salsa is made in-house by the owner, very flavorful. The chips were good and could have used some salt (but hey, that's why there's salt on the table). I had two tacos, shredded chicken and shredded beef.
