We were with a large crowd, booked 10 rooms. one of the staff at the front desk needs to go back for some customer service training. she was very rude to my 80+yr old Mother as well as some other family members. The front desk is the face of the property. fix that and anything else will resolve.
It’s an older property with some new updates but overall it’s still an old property with the musty smell and the thin, cheap single-pane windows that come with. It just needs a little more effort and it would feel cleaner and more thoughtfully appointed. Bed is super comfortable and the short walk to the beach is nice.
