Absolutely AMAZING food!!! We traveled from Sacramento just to eat here! Super good, Staff are super friendly, loved the atmosphere, and other customers looked like they were enjoying their experience there as well, even the children! If you have been there, I highly recommend it!!!

Husband & I went here for dinner on Sunday & Casey was our fantastic server. We got lucky- it was unusually quiet for a weekend. The food was perfect! Casey made great vegetarian recommendations for me. My husband really enjoyed his shrimp pasta & everything was delicious-from the bread to the drinks. Highly recommend & will definitely return! Thank you Casey!

Their Scampi Fradiavalo is amazing! The spicy marinara sauce is the best. We also love their streamed mussels in the same fradiavalo sauce. One of our favorite restaurants

Best Italian in the area!

We've never been disappointed with a dish or experience here. We love their complimentary bread, salad w/Italian dressing, chicken piccata, manicotti, and our newest favorite is their PIZZA. We've been coming here for years and always avoided the pizza since our previous experiences at other restaurants is that, unless pizza is the specialty, then it's gonna suck. We have been proven very wrong at Papa Gianni's! We got their pizza with pepperoni and black olives and were absolutely blown away! The pizza was cooked perfectly and the crust texture and flavor was next level. The prices are reasonable too for a pizza. We will definitely be back more often now, especially since they're our new favorite pizza spot. 💝

A Cameron Park institution! I've never had a bad meal here once and was hooked the first time my mother in law took me here! Their garlic bread and house salad dressing is a must! chicken picaccata, mussels, scampi are always great. my kids who were picky eaters when they were much younger always found something to eat her.

We came for dinner on a busy Saturday evening. Our waiter, Chris and the busboys were all over us. The food was delicious and came out piping hot and on time. We usually eat out twice a week and I have to say IMO this is one of the best restaurants in El Dorado County.

I don't normally go out for Italian, but this Italian is something special to go out for!
