Nello Olivo Winery, Camino Tasting Room

Had a wonderful experience!! Did the bar wine tasting, and it was great! The staff was very knowledgeable, and the food at the bar half was delicious!!

The best wines of the Northern California area. Love the people here, this is our favorite place to visit.

Came in on a Friday afternoon for a glass of Primitivo (excellent) as I knew they had live music scheduled. Elana and Mandy were behind the bar pouring wine, a badass duo!! Both are super friendly and slightly sarcastic, made the whole experience a lot of fun! Definitely recommend stopping in on your way to Tahoe.

I love stopping in here, albeit only seldom and random occasions am I driving through this area and not in a hurry to get home, but my boyfriend and I especially enjoyed the treat we had last time we were in and Nello was pouring the wine. It was actually last winter and their electricity was out due to a storm (it was pouring and we decided to take a break from out rainy drive home). The stop was fun and we went home with a 2020 Petite Sirah. I also bought a cat flask in a leather carrier, and, our prized purchase, was the 4 pack of canned, carbonated wine. It was delicious! It's $6 each for their small cans, and I was totally into the taste, bubbles, everything about it. Can't wait for the next time we drive through Camino because with the brewery and pizza next door, and this canned wine, it makes for a really fun rest stop!!

По близости много винных баров, но я выбрал этот по рейтингу и по фотографиям, на них было красиво оформленна сырная тарелка и вино, поэтому мы с женой выбрали это место, но к сожалению это не так, сырной тарелки нет,они продают отдельно сыр, колбасу, и печенье, и ты сам должен все это нарезать. Это дискомфорт, легче взять уже с собой нарезку из сыра,и заказать у них только вино, и это будет намного лучше, так как, вы возьмёте с собой тот сыр,который вам нравится, а не тот который у них есть в наличии!!!!! Поэтому заведению ставлю только 3 звёздочки ,вино хорошее!!!! Но вот к вину кухня так себе,но это моё мнение!!!! Может кому-то понравится.

Love sitting on this dog friendly patio gazing at the Sierra Nevada foothills listening to fun bands drinking outstanding wines. Life is good!!!

Bright and tasty wines. The location with Sierra Foothills views are a bonus. Delicious!

We adore Nello Olivo! Delicious wine, excellent service, we always feel like part of the family no matter how long its been since we visited last.

The patio is awesome, but the service is less than inviting. I tasted 5 reds and most tasted similar. All very young and sour. The Zimfamous was the only one that tasted different and just ok. I do not recommend. My boyfriend had the blond ale and it was decent. Maybe stick with the beer. Wine prices per bottle are comparable to other wineries, but club and specialty bottle are ridiculously priced.
