The milk tea I had here was some of the best I've had in a long time. The shop was small and cute with enough seating for big groups. I came with my friend close to closing and the people working were very kind. Our service was great despite us cutting it close! My friend got their mango tea I believe and it was so good! Their boba was perfectly cooked - the onlyyyyy downside is that they only use the tiny boba not the regular size. But the fact that it's cooked perfectly makes up for it! The boba literally melts in your mouth. Try their milk tea! Thank me later!

Great little milk tea spot in downtown Campbell. Their drinks were anything outstanding but it was still really good. Service was quick too and this place does make for a nice little study spot if it's not too busy.

Updated Review:If you're in Downtown Campbell, you should stop by. Campbell has lots of great boba shops, and Breaktime is one of them. They make Thai Tea the way I like it and they cook the boba pearls all the way through. Most boba places don't, so the soft and chewy pearls here are always delicious. The drinks are made pretty quickly, and it's great. They also offer snacks like Pocky sticks or chicken. This place is popular, so it's not super quiet, but it's not very loud either.

Visited at 9pm on a Saturday night and there were a few people hanging out here. I'm a frequent visitor of the SJ location, but this was my first time in the Campbell location. It was a lot cleaner and quieter than the SJ location and I liked the interior decor and Christmas decorations they put up as well. I ordered a passionfruit green tea (50% sweet) and the barista made it on the spot. Parking is difficult to find in downtown Campbell, but there is a free parking garage right behind this building. Definitely a cute place to check out if you're craving boba.

Ahh this was my second time trying this place. My first time, it didn't stand out to me and I never went back. I decided to give it another shot because I needed a caffeine boost and it was the closet thing to me. I ordered the tutti fruit-tea and the matcha Swiss roll cake. Upon getting my stuff, I noticed the Swiss roll had an odd color to it. Upon further inspection, I realized that it was completely covered in mold. I asked for a refund which was an easy process. I would maybe suggest that they start labeling each container of best by dates so this wont happen again. For the drink, I would give it a 3/5. I had higher expectations because they had so many great reviews since the last time I came in. The drink was a little bland and maybe over steeped. There was a slight bitterness to the base of the tea. The boba was ok but seemed to be a little soft. Overall, I don't think that I would be coming back.

I came here third time and kind of disappointed since they do not add a single free boba in their milk tea (except black sugar boba milk tea). One dressing is included only if you choose "My perfect tea".Ordered Tiramisu milk tea and that was good, wished it had boba though.

I recently moved to campbell and tried a few different Boba places. In my opinion, this is the best one. They don't use fake fructose syrup sweeteners, and actually have options to customize drinks for dietary needs. I ordered the roasted oolong tea and it's great. I'm also glad they cook their own Boba, which is rare to see. If you want milk tea and have sensitivities to certain ingredients (dairy, fructose sweetener, etc.), this might be the place for you!Vegetarian options: Non dairy creamer, soy or almond milk alternatives.
