We had never heard of this place and decided to try it. I went on line and it offered a $5 coupon if you signed up for texts. I thought sure, let's give it a try. We go in and order and offer the code for the discount and they won't take it unless you have the app and order online. Definitely not customer centric, don't put it out there if you can't plug the code in your system.Food is good but totally put off by the unwillingness to figure it out. It's a service industry.

The food and service were great. I got 10 nuggets and fries. I don't usually like fried chicken, but this was fresh and not greasy at all. I also tried the churros, which unfortunately didn't have any cinnamon on them, but thats just how i like mine. Nothing i ate tasted like old burnt oil. The downside to this location was that it's a very small building and it was very busy at the time I went.
