would give 0 stars for the rude employee (manager?) there alone. i work at the easter picture place right next to them. went to ask for a napkin to blow my nose. a single napkin. the old man there proceeded to berate me for “having his supply be taken by ‘the people over there’ (ie the people working at the easter place). i explained i just needed to blow my nose and he very condescendingly told me “theres a bathroom next door”. totally unprompted and rude for no reason. cherry on top? me and my coworkers constantly bought from this store because of how close to us it is. not anymore. horrid customer service.

First of all this location is not closed!! I was there today to do takeout. I got 4 pretzels and 2 large lemonade.I got 2 garlic pretzels and 2 cinnamon pretzels.Everything was excellent!!I will return to this location

pretzels are the bomb !! also don’t listen to the dude who left a 1 star review because they didn’t take a $100 bill… everyone and their mother knows its d*** to try to pay for a small order with a huge bill… no matter the business you go to, they can’t give you back proper change because cashier drawers start at a certain rate when places open. throwing a baby tantrum bc one place can’t give you enough change but another can (probably bc they have different drawer starter $) is a very immature thing to leave a bad review about and has nothing to do with Auntie Anne’s and probably everything to do with the guy who probably tried to pay for like one pretzel with a bill that is COMMONLY hard to break at small vendors (sincerely, someone who knew this info after less than a day in the food industry)

Went to pick up an online order placed over an hour ago and the unprofessional staff told me to wait in a line with customers. I told the customer to cancel the order and never order from this trashy place anymore. No restaurant ever does that! Do Not Order from this place even with a 3rd party delivery app unless you want to wait an eternity.

They refused to take my $100 bill, so I went to Wetzel's, right down the hallway and they took it. Will never again shop at Aunt Anne's because they don't appreciate business.

Auntie Anne's is the other big box corporate pretzel chain..the other being Wetzel's, which also has a couple locations in the Westfield mall. They offer about a half dozen varieties of soft pretzel as well as mini pretzels and mini pretzel-wrapped hot dogs. Are they good for you? Lol! Of course not! They are okay, taste wise, but they are corporate fare. Personally, I'm not impressed at the idea of food sitting under heat lamps. Service is reasonable and pricing is inexpensive.
