Waaaaaay too sweet. Good service
The cookies and cream milkshake was delicious. It was worth the price. I can't say the same for the popcorn chicken. It was not seasoned much and was on the bland/dry side. The fries weren't anything special especially for the price. I don't usually need dipping sauce for popcorn chicken at boba tea places because they have spice level options. They didn't have that option. If you are getting the popcorn chicken, get a dipping sauce. They unfortunately ran out of sour cream seasoning...read full review

It's Boba Time offers good, consistent drinks, but the experience varies greatly depending on the day. Weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays, are seriously understaffed, leading to long wait times, confusion, and a bit of chaos. Weekdays are much smoother, with lighting quick service. The staff is very polite; one employee was so nice and made sure a drink had its milk substitution. Specific menu items include the Thai tea, which is nicely sweet and balanced, the Oreo coffee frappe, which one location does best, and the limited time only cranberry Boba, which is not overly sweet and pretty Instagramable. The green tea Bobas is a go-to drink. Popcorn chicken with sweet chili is also available. The location is next to Target and in front of a children's area, so it is always busy with a long line. While the line moves decently, orders are made quickly once placed. The atmosphere is definitely hectic, but there are lots of tables inside and seating outside. The app is not recommended, as rewards are unclear and customization options are limited compared to ordering in person.
